I first met Tony because he was one of the trainers at bootcamp. He soon became a favourite because of his fun (although still strict) attitude.
I decided to start personal training with Tony after joining some of his evening (Tuesday 9-10pm) powerlifting sessions and seeing how well he got on with all his clients there.
Initially I just wanted to lose a bit of weight and get stronger but I gradually realised that this wasn't motivating me. Tony & I had a chat about this and now we're focussing more on heavier lifting in my PT sessions. This is definitely the fun part!
It's such an achievement seeing the weights going up and I feel like I'm getting stronger week by week.
I'm looking forward to seeing how strong I can get by Christmas!
